Right before the beginning of spring break, University of Wisconsin students learned that they would be taking at least part of their spring semester online. Then on March 17th, face-to-face classes were suspended for the semester. While this altered the life of every student at UW, for some it was devastating. This section looks at what online classes mean for different students, for senior athletes whose final season was cut short, for student employees who suddenly found themselves unemployed and for those students whose classes just aren’t the same through a screen.
